SHOOTING at Mansfield Clay Target Club on Sunday saw Euroa’s Lachlan McDonald produced a top shooting effort in the ‘Champion of Champions’.

Shooting off 18 metres rather than the usual 15 metres, this event challenges the competitors who have to shoot some 25 targets double barrel, then 25 single barrel and finally 25 target point score.

Lachlan shot 122/125 to equal Mansfield’s Domingo Diaz, a former national champion.
