EUROA residents say they are fed up with the inaction on the upkeep of a property on their local street, and that it poses a risk to those living nearby.

Palmer Avenue residents say a lot of land with four houses has grass that has not been cut for years and is a major fire hazard for those in the street, and for the nearby Euro Secondary College.

Joy Ramsey, who has lived across from the property for two years, told the Gazette that residents have tried everything to get either the owner of the property or Strathbogie Shire Council to do something about the property lot.
