EUROA Library is contributing to NAIDOC Week events by displaying art by many local Aboriginal artists from the area on its walls.

Shepparton’s Kaiela Arts have kindly lent pictures from Yorta Yorta artists Suzanne Atkinson, Eric Brown, Janet Fogerty and Vicki Morgan among other artists from other Aboriginal nations around the country.

“You can see the wattle seeds here by local Taungurung man Shane Monk but we hope that there are a plenty celebration of Aboriginal culture all around” said Violet Town and District Recognise Group member Bernadine Kelly.
