CONCERNS have been raised by locals after a small number of dead fish have been found washed up in the Sevens Creek over the past two weeks.

Dead carp, redfin and one yellow belly were found in the Sevens Creek near Euroa recently, however, there have been no reports of major native fish deaths in the Goulburn Broken Catchment to date.

Young fisherman Jack McDonald documented his experience with the deaths in Sevens Creek, showing he had found 10 redfin, 1 blackfish and one golden perch on Tuesday morning.
