A taste of success

BOTH the junior and senior running teams from Euroa saw some success at last week’s Bendigo state demonstration, the first for 2015.

On Saturday, the under-14s travelled to Bendigo and secured three first places in the Striking First and Second Disc Twice, Striking One Disc Twice and Y Coupling (two competitors) events.

The under-14s also secured a second, third and fifth place on the day.
The overall under-14 aggregate saw the Euroa A team finish second place with 33 points, while Tatura A dominated with 52 points.

These teams were closely followed by Benalla (25), Tatura B (19) and Kangaroo Flat (13).

Meanwhile, the under-17s got a first place for the First Marshall (for two) event, as well as two second places and three fourth places.
